He was friendly, professional, showed up on time, and took his time to make sure everything was done right. He also left the work area spotless; he vacuumed everything up when he was finished and even vacuumed on his way out! Really happy with the work and the whole experience. Vicki SteenI had a punch list of interior and exterior repairs I needed done. I put out an inquiry on a Saturday afternoon and he responded in under an hour and came out for an estimate the same day. Within another day I had a written contract with exactly what had been agreed to (rare, in my experience). Four days later he was on the job, worked ten hours nearly straight without a lunch break or even a bathroom break that I saw. He came back the next day and did the same thing. So for 20 hours of work over two days (at a REALLY reasonable price) Jordan fixed a support beam on the front porch, fixed where the house had settled causing some small cracks outside (thank God it was NOT a foundation issue). He also cleaned my painted stamped concrete porch so that it looks almost brand new again. Jordan recaulked my kitchen and ALL bathrooms. Best yet, he repaired some drywall that had been cut out for a plumbing repair and re-textured it so you’d never know the wall had been cut. He even did a few small items he just noticed. Jordan with NextStep is new in business, but not to his craft. Jump on his expertise, NOW, before he books weeks in advance like has been my experience with all the good ones.Posted on Google

I can’t be happier with the results of re-engineering kitchen cabinet space to accommodate updated appliances seamlessly, climbing on the roof to repair exhaust vents, deconstructing barn space damaged by animals and time to restore it to a usable condition, and the results were stupendous.
